I’m Sabrina Del Duca.
Identity & Embodiment Coach for creative, high-achieving women.
I help women who are externally accomplished but internally unsettled find their way back to themselves so they can experience the peace, freedom, and worthiness they’ve been working so hard toward.
Not by adding more to do. By going to the root: their identity, their body, the patterns running quietly underneath.
I know this territory from the inside.
In my 30s, I was living a life that looked exactly right on paper. Twenty years as a professional dancer and teacher. A high-achieving career as a Client Director in advertising, working with some of the most respected brands in New York, LA, and Paris. I had done everything I was supposed to do.
And I woke up every morning wondering how to get through the day.
I thought I was overworked. Tired. Behind. I didn’t yet understand what was actually happening: I was living a performed version of myself: a life designed for external approval, not internal truth. I was disconnected. Quietly running a pattern I couldn’t even see.
What shifted things wasn’t a strategy or a goal-setting system. It was going deeper, to the level where the patterns actually live. To my identity. To the gap between who I was performing and who I actually was.
Dance was part of that return. Movement was the fastest way back to my body, back to my truth, back to myself. That understanding is at the heart of everything I do with clients.
I became certified, studied, built, and refined, but more than anything, I lived this.
And now I guide others through it.
I work differently to most coaches.
Most of the industry works at the level of mindset, habits, and productivity. Those tools have value, up to a point. But there’s a ceiling. And most of my clients have hit it.
I work below that ceiling. At the level of identity and embodiment, where the patterns actually live, and where real change actually sticks.
What this means in practice:
My work begins where the industry stops: at the level of identity, nervous system, and the patterns running quietly underneath.
