Wellness Workshops for Elementary Schools
Supporting Emotional Wellbeing, Confidence & Connection for Students in Grades 1–6
Today’s students are navigating more pressure, emotions, and self-doubt than ever before, often without the tools to understand or express what they’re feeling.
These interactive wellness workshops are designed to help students build emotional awareness, confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills in a way that feels engaging, age-appropriate, and empowering.
Through meaningful conversations, reflective activities, movement, mindfulness, and practical mindset tools, students learn how to better understand themselves, navigate emotions, and build stronger confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
Created and facilitated by Self-Leadership & Emotional Wellness Coach Sabrina Del Duca, these workshops support the emotional wellbeing of students while creating safe, engaging learning experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Meet Sabrina
Hi, I’m Sabrina Del Duca, a Self-Leadership Coach passionate about helping people build confidence, emotional awareness, and a stronger connection to themselves.
While much of my work focuses on helping women break free from limiting beliefs and self-doubt, I’ve also seen how important it is to begin these conversations earlier.
Children today are growing up in a world that moves quickly and places increasing pressure on emotional wellbeing, confidence, and self-image. My goal is to create experiences where students feel safe, supported, encouraged, and empowered to better understand themselves and their emotions.
My workshops blend mindset tools, emotional wellness practices, mindfulness, reflection, and interactive activities in a way that is engaging, accessible, and age-appropriate.
I believe every child deserves to feel confident in who they are, capable of expressing themselves, and supported in navigating life’s challenges.
Big emotions are not the problem. Not knowing what to do with them is.
